I chose this section solely based on the first few lines. "Hair deeply affects people, can transfigure or repulse them. Symbolic of life, hair bolts from our head. Like the earth, it can be harvested, but it will rise again. It wasn't necessarily hair that drew me in, but how it was described. I took a staged picture for my response.
The Hand:
This section was something that interested me. The hand represents touch the most, something that would be the first thing to come to mind when thinking of touch. The palm shows the wear of life and time, lines and blisters appearing over time. I created another staged picture this time with paint covering the palm of the hand showing the use and wear of the hand.
